The ownership program provides exclusive use of all boats and outpost lodge on Squee Island at Gagnon Lake North West Territories, Canada. The ownership share is for one designated week per year for a 10 Year period. The ownership share is renewable at the end of the ten year term agreement. An additional yearly maintenance fee will be charged for boat and cabin servicing ($354/month). This provides significant savings compared to the weekly retail price of $4450 USD (6 nights/7days) per week per person (minimum 6 guests or $25k retail price).
